When Sturull Johan was in Borrberg hunting in the 80s, the dog Stella escaped and was found the next day in Dala Järna. Now it has happened again!
Kenneth Eriksson and his Inger spent Easter in the cottage at Södra Fjärden. On Boxing Day, the dogs Siri and Ono set off on a journey of discovery. After an intensive search by many volunteers, Siri and Ono were reunited with their owner and mistress after 4 days in the forest. They had made their way to Lövberg and then over Flenberget to Flenarna. The dogs were seen and filmed on the highway between Leksand and Dala Järna. And they were seen running in Dala Järna. “Those were dramatic days for us, but Siri and Ono probably thought it was stimulating to have an adventure,” says a happy Kenneth Eriksson. “It was a wonderful feeling to hug them again. Now we get to take really good care of them and make sure they feel at home on the farm again. A big thank you to everyone who got involved!”
