At the annual meeting on May 15, it was decided that Gesunda Village Cottage Associationg would change its name to Gesunda village association.
The annual meeting also decided to adopt new statutes.
The old statute states: "A decision to amend the statutes is valid if the decision is made at two consecutive association meetings, of which at least one is regular and the last meeting consisted of at least two-thirds of those voting."
The annual meeting decided that the last meeting will take place via email, advertising in Solleröbladet and on the website.
All members for whom we have an email address will receive information via email. Others can pick up the statutes and annual meeting minutes at Bystugan.

If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you approve the proposed amendment to the statutes.
