A warm summer breeze flutters through the spectators' hair, keeping the insects away. The swallows navigate swiftly and elegantly over the old log houses. The sun shines across an "innocently" blue sky.
It's a fun evening at Sollerö Hembygdsgård with "Trevliga Fyran" from Orsa. Benches and chairs are filled with interested people enjoying nature, music and community.
"Trevliga Fyran" offers a mixed repertoire. Beatles and Elvis are mixed with Ted Gärdestad, "Hallelujah I just love her so" and "My Way" at Orsamål and "Auld Lang Syne" at Älvdalsmål. The latter also featured the group "Älvokaffe".
It is appreciated and applauded enthusiastically by the audience, which amounts to about 100 people. During the break, the queue for coffee and “drip” is long. We note that the regrowth is good at the Local History Association, where small groups help with the serving.
