Nodava has, in consultation with the Environmental Agency, decided to lift the boil recommendation for the water in Gesunda. This means that residents of Gesunda (and Sollerön since 2021-10-21) can use the water as usual again.

During the approximately three-week recommendation, Nodava has so far taken approximately 150 water samples that have been analyzed and evaluated, we have also carried out various types of cleaning measures as extra safety. The test results show that the water quality is now back to normal also in Gesunda, which makes us feel confident to announce that the water can be used as usual again. We cannot point to anything specific that caused the problems, what we can see is that the measures we have implemented have had a positive impact on the test results. We will continue with increased sampling and follow-up both in Gesunda and on Sollerön for some time to come.

Nodava wants to direct a many thanks to all those affected in Gesunda and on Sollerön for the patience required in connection with the boil recommendation. Thank you also to those of you who followed the information here on Nodava's website and contacted us with questions or comments. In this way, you have helped to spread accurate information further.
