Mora municipality is now backing away from plans to outsource Saxnäs special housing. The social welfare committee made that decision on Wednesday, after it became clear that it would not be cheaper. “It feels really good, and if we had outsourced Saxnäs, we would not have had anything left under municipal management,” says Malin Höglund (M), chairwoman of Mora's social welfare committee.
