At the turn of last year we were 1709

We are now 1708 people

The positive trend of the last 5 years is almost continuing.

The number of residents on the island itself decreases by 14 people. Ryssa and the sparsely populated areas (Björka & Mångberg) increase by one each. The great joy is Gesunda which grows by 11 people.

If we look at the age distribution, we see that the number of children (0 – 4 years old) is increasing but the majority is still 65+.
